These awards celebrated wealth management. I’m in the business of health management, which is even more important. Healthy eating is vital to us all, especially our children. If you can enjoy it at the same time – even better! I passionately believe in these values on which I have built Lovedean Granola. Winning this fabulous award will help me share them with others.

Ex-Dormens owners Angus Cameron & Mark Cuddigan join Lovedean

Angus Cameron and Mark Cuddigan, previous owners of Dormens Nuts have recently joined Lovedean in order to help expand and grow the distribution to the trade. The first step has been to introduce new packaging (stand-up doy packs) which will enable a broader consumer reach.

"Women of the Year" Lunch

We are so pleased and delighted to advise that Lucy O’Donnell, our founder and Managing Director, has been invited to attend the Women of the Year Lunch at The Guildhall in October. Every woman is individually nominated by a member of the Women of the Year Nominating Council and is considered a ‘Woman of the Year’ because of her special contribution to society or the workplace.

For over fifty years the women of the Year Lunch has brought together outstanding women from all walks of life, creating one of the most significant assemblies of women in the world. Further information about the organisation can be found on our website www.womenoftheyear.co.uk.

Special Little People - Aromatherapy for Children

I discovered these fabulous essential oils specially formulated for children whilst doing a charity fair at a school in Surrey. As my oldest child finds it difficult to wind down at night time I thought I would try the "STARS" formulation. I couldn’t believe how easily he went to sleep! I am not surprised as it is a wonderful blend of jasmine, mandarin and lemon! I even use it myself! There are several others in the range including "STOMP" and "TEARS".

Atlas Profilax

I always suffer from neck pain and back pain when I am quite stressed. I have discovered this wonderful treatment called the Atlas Treatment. The Atlas carries not only the head, but if it is not in its normal position, is responsible for a large number of painful medical conditions and illnesses. In most humans it is completely dislocated which can lead to a variety of physical and psychological ailments and illnesses which can be corrected.

The treatment was discovered by Swiss Rene-Claudius Schumperii, himself painfully affected by the dislocation, who between 1993 and 1996 developed a revolutionary method which returns the Atlas back into its correct position.

I must say that although I have only recently had the treatment - it seems to be working wonders already. For more information, email Caroline Vernon (one of three practitioners in the UK) at carolinevernon@aol.com

"I just wanted to say how great they were and I really enjoyed the taste. As I find eating most mueslis is like eating horse feed. Yours has nice pieces of dried fruit in and tasted yummy!!!"
